- Possible limited editions
- Made-to-order production
3. Price
- VAT included
- Shipping costs calculated before payment
4. Purchase process
The customer:
- Selects the product
- Provides their details
- Accepts the conditions
- Completes payment
- Receives confirmation
5. Payment
Payments are made via:
- Bank card
- Stripe / PayPal
6. Production
- Estimated time: 2-5 business days
7. Shipping
- Managed through Packlink
- Shipped in a rigid protective tube
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 24-72h
- International: 3-7 days
8. Right of withdrawal
According to the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in this case, as these products are:
- Made to order
- Potentially personalized
9. Incidents
If the product arrives damaged:
- Notify within 48h
- Send photos
Solution:
- Replacement
10. Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Subjective reasons
11. Liability

- Transport delays
- Address errors
